-Shipping:

Items are shipped USPS, and a tracking number will be provided via email when your item has shipped. Orders will take 1 to 3 days to process, and shipping will take 3 to 5 business days. Shipping is a flat rate of $8 on all orders. Discount codes do not apply to shipping fees.

If you place an order to an address that USPS finds undeliverable, your order will be delayed while the issue is resolved. Please double check your shipping address prior to submitting your order. Rollin Bones Antler Broker accepts no liability for information that is entered incorrectly. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address, there will be an additional shipping charge to reship them. Rollin Bones Antler Broker is not responsible for loss or damage once the package is in the possession of USPS.  Please report lost packages immediately! For instance, if your package was scanned as delivered and you did not actually receive it, you must contact your local post office, and you will also need to report your package as missing online, by following the link provided here,- https://usps.force.com/emailus/s/.You will then need to submit your tracking number and click art button under the heading- “Having an issue related to this tracking number?“

Rollin Bones Antler Broker is NOT responsible for lost packages or damaged orders. Please note that shipping times will vary around busy holiday seasons and with the nature of Covid-19. These circumstances are out of the control of Rollin Bones Antler Broker.

-Returns and Exchanges:

 We accept returns for store credit only. You must contact us, and items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note shipping charges will not be returned. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. All items must be returned in their original condition, and unused. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for the return of store credit or exchange. Rollin Bones Antler Broker highly recommends insuring and adding tracking to your return! We accept no liability for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. To start your return please contact us at rollinbonesantlerbroker@outlook.com. Items sent back to Rollin Bones Antler Broker without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
